The Burden Museum ( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) is a 440 acre site with botanical gardens, a small town’s worth of old buildings, and a small working farm where they teach people how life used to be. We were there for the camellia show (my wife likes flowers - who knew?). I found the coolest car, well, the only car in the museum. It’s a 1927 Franklin with a convertible top and a rumble seat!
It clearly needs a good Svending.
I insert crank here to get it started.
It’s tagged, so I’m guessing it used to be driveable.

That is a sharp looking car. I wonder if it is actually an unrestored survivor as it appears to be, it if the restoration was just done a long time ago.

The top looks to be in excellent condition, so I’d guess it was restored some time ago.
